EVENT: The Capita Energy Forum, 16th May

Join us to discuss how changing regulations will impact complaints management in the energy sector.

Our next Energy Forum is edging closer. The event will take place on 16th May at The Clubhouse, St James Place, London SY1Y 4JU and will explore how changes to regulations in the energy sector will lead to the need to develop revised approaches to managing complaints.

We will consider how the sources of complaints could change and how our industry needs to be ready to adapt to the challenges of the future. The interactive session will provide you with an opportunity to network with industry peers and learn more about best practice approaches to complaints management in the sector.

Our keynote speaker is Caroline Wells. Caroline has recently been appointed as a commissioner to the Energy UK Commission for Customers in Vulnerable Circumstances and is an influential and dynamic customer insight professional. She is a diversity expert with over two decades of strategic and operational leadership, and a deep-rooted knowledge of Essential and Financial Services and what makes for a good customer experience.  Formerly head of outreach and customer insight at the Financial Ombudsman Service, in 2017 Caroline set up her consultancy Different Petal and co-founded MeIncluded, a disabled access review website. Along with a recent appointment to the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute’s Advisory Board, Caroline’s current roles include being an independent advisor to the Kent Police and Crime Commissioner, accessibility and customer service expert at the Money Advice Trust and an advisor at the National Centre for Diversity.
