Capita South Africa awarded certificate of appreciation

Capita’s South Africa team has been awarded a certificate of appreciation from the Mayor of Cape Town, Patricia De Lille, for its contribution to job creation in Cape Town.

This is a great achievement and recognition of the considerable work the team does and its aspirations to build a successful business.

Capita South Africa is part of our customer management division and has grown significantly over the last two years starting from supporting a single client to now delivering a great service for multiple clients.

The team, made up of 1,500 employees, delivers services including customer service, sales, debt collection and technical support.
