Ventura wins 'Best Outsourcing Partnership' at the CCA Global Service Excellence Awards 2010

We are delighted to announce that our contact centre achievements have been recognised again at the CCA Global Service Excellence Awards 2010.  This award comes just weeks after winning the 'Best Telephone Sales Team of the Year' award at the National Sales Awards for our Shop Direct operation. 

At a glittering awards ceremony in Glasgow, we won the 'Best Outsourcing Partnership' award for our relationship with Child Maintenance Options. 

The CCA Global Service Excellence Awards programme is designed to recognise achievements of individuals and organisations committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The Excellence Awards is the most respected and sought-after programme, unique through its peer group judging process. The judging panel includes professionals from all sectors, and senior executives with wide-ranging experience in customer contact centres. 

Janet Wojtkow, Director of Options, said "This is a great achievement not just for the Options team and Ventura, but for everyone involved in developing, promoting and delivering the Options service to our partners and customers." 

At the awards, we were also highly commended for 'Contact Centre Team of the Year Business to Consumer' for our British Gas operation.
