Ventura signs new contract with Molson Coors
Molson Coors, one of the world's largest brewers has signed a long-term contract with leading customer management outsourcer, Ventura.
Ventura will provide business to business credit control and debt recovery services for Molson Coors UK business customers along with new account set-up and ongoing account management, using its collections expertise and specialists based in Leeds.
Molson Coors wanted an outsourcer who could provide expertise, deliver efficiency improvements and streamline processes. Ventura's best in class reputation in the customer management industry meant they were the ideal candidate to deliver these objectives.
The contract went live in March 2010 following the transfer of Molson Coors staff to Ventura. Intensive support and training resulted in a smooth transition of the service and the team has hit the ground running.
Since go live, Ventura has developed an innovative new web-based collections system for Molson Coors. The system, which is strategy driven, effectively manages workloads and segments accounts.
