Success in the 2010 CCA Excellence Awards

The CCA announced yesterday that Ventura had been shortlisted in two of their categories at this year's CCA Excellence Awards.

Ventura is delighted to be a finalist and has been short-listed for 'Best Outsourcing Partnership' for their outstanding relationship with Child Maintenance Options and for the 'Contact Centre Team of the Year - B2C' award for their extremely successful British Gas operation.

The ceremony is to be held on 16 November in Glasgow.
