The shift you work will depend on the client you work for - they include early shifts, late shifts, flexi-shifts, we even manage customers for some of our clients 24 hours a day. To make taking time off easier without having to eat into your holidays, we promote a "shift swap" scheme. We also offer sliding shift patterns and part-time hours so parents can work around their childcare needs.
