The RSPCA is one of the most desirable animal welfare charities to work for; therefore it’s no surprise that we have a large volume of people interested in joining our team.
We provide an effective 24/7, cruelty and advice line aimed at the prevention of suffering and protection of animals. You would handle all types of calls from suspected cases of animal abuse through to providing advice or passing information to field officers for further investigation.
With an exceptional customer service track record, you will demonstrate a genuine passion for animal welfare, whilst having the resilience to remain positive and professional in distressing situations.
Previous experience within a relevant environment would be an advantage, however isn’t always necessary. Please note that the opening hours of the RSPCA are 365 days a year, 24/7.
