We provide an effective 24/7, cruelty and advice line aimed at the prevention of suffering and protection of animals. You would handle all types of calls from suspected cases of animal abuse through to providing advice or passing information to field officers for further investigation.
With an exceptional customer service track record, you will demonstrate a genuine passion for animal welfare, whilst having the resilience to remain positive and professional in distressing situations.
Previous experience within a relevant environment would be an advantage, however isn’t always necessary. Please note that the opening hours of the RSPCA are 365 days a year, 24/7.

It will be mandatory for all interested candidates to attend an RSPCA Open Evening, which will be held on Tuesday 6th January. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the role, what life is like on the RSPCA unit and speak to some of the team.
