Customer Service Outbound - Knowledge matters
It's a matter of being a great communicator, resilient and self motivated - someone who gets a kick from solving problems quickly and effectively. You'll be calling existing customers, helping to improve their service and experience and informing them of the latest offers. You'll be professional and concise with a keen eye for detail but remain approachable, friendly and understanding every step of the way. You will listen to the needs of your customers, solve their problems, steer them in the direction of products and offers which are right up their street.
Working for one of our Leading Energy clients, you will be responsible for offering a great customer experience in a fun, target driven environment.
You will be part of a great team, you will need to have a passion for delivering great customer service, the right attitude, excellent communication skills and a commitment to helping people. Good PC Skills are a must for this role.
Your role will be to make outbound telephone calls to existing customers to check service satisfaction and to promote direct debit.
All our jobs in Dearne Valley are within easy reach of Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield and Doncaster. Both centres have their own cafes serving hot and cold food, deli bars and a shop. You'll also find a gym on site.
Shifts are as follows:
11:00AM - 8:00PM between Monday to Friday, 10:00AM - 2:00PM Saturday.
Salary: £14,047.53 based on 37.5 hours
